Winter Hockey Camp with the Czech Dragons in Trutnov

💥 Special Highlight: Winter Classic on the highest ice hockey rink in the Czech Republic – Malá Úpa! A unique experience surrounded by fresh mountain air.

Under the guidance of coaches from the Fedulov Hockey Center, the camp offers intensive training sessions on the ice and in the hockey center, focusing on comprehensive skill development.

🔥 Camp Program

4 training sessions per day:

  • Ice training
  • Off-ice training
  • Shooting practice
  • Skatemill
  • Recovery exercises

Ice Training:

  • Skating techniques
  • Puck handling
  • Shooting techniques and finishing
  • Developing game sense
  • Games

Training at the FEDULOV Hockey Center:

  • Skatemill: Skating technique, push power, and stability.
  • Shooting training: Various shot types, accuracy, and power.
  • Off-ice training: Strength and cardio, speed, coordination, and balance.
  • Recovery: Stretching, injury prevention, and muscle strengthening.
On December 27, a tournament will be held for players born in 2017 – a great opportunity to test their skills!

Players will be divided into groups based on age and skill level to ensure individualized coaching and maximum effectiveness.

💶 Participation Costs:

  • Full camp: 500 EUR
  • Single days: 80 EUR/day
