DRY TESTING:
TESTING OF CONDITIONAL COORDINATION SKILLS
Diagnosis of general fitness-coordination abilities can evaluate the general limiting factors of a player that can most affect his game performance on ice – rebound force, explosive force, reaction speed, dynamic and static stability, frequency speed and general strength (especially in youth). Based on the results and interpretation of the tests, the general readiness of the player is then evaluated and an individual training plan for his further development is set.

ICE TESTING:
Diagnosis of special abilities is an evaluation of the general limiting factors of a hockey player that affect game performance on ice. Based on the results obtained and their interpretation, the general readiness of the player is evaluated, specific recommendations are formulated for training practice and an individual training plan for further development is created.

TESTING ON A HOCKEY TRAINER:
BIOMECHANICAL ANALYSIS OF SKATING TECHNIQUE
The analysis of the skating technique on a hockey simulator begins with a video recording of the player’s movement when skating from the front and side. Using electronic software, the key skating parameters and position of the player are evaluated (FRONT – skate position, support leg placement, arm movement and center of gravity movement, SIDE – leg angle at rebound, internal knee angle of the support leg, ankle angle at rebound) and . strengths of skating technique player. Based on the comparison of input and output analysis, we can track the skating progress of the player as well as the degree of effectiveness of the training process.

POWERGATE TEST ON THE HOCKEY TRAINER
Using the Powergate test, we determine the special anaerobic performance and specific endurance of a hockey player during three ten-second skating intervals. In this way, we can more faithfully simulate his match load during one rotation on the ice. The aim is to determine the ability to repeat the maximum anaerobic performance without its decrease. From the results of the Powergate test, we then determine the maximum anaerobic performance, the average anaerobic performance as well as the fatigue index between individual intervals. Based on the results, the player then creates an individual training program and recommendations for his training practice.
